2.1 Candidates/Prospective Candidates/Applicants:
If you are a candidate/prospective candidate or applicant, we may process your personal data like:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Professional, educational and other information contained in your resume, your application, or gathered as a result of a prior/current assignment with us
  • Salary information (where permitted by law)
  • Technical skills performance information
  • Work eligibility information
  • We may collect additional information as needed to process your application or, if your application is successful, initiate your employment. 

We collect this information from:

  • Current and former employees and subcontract workers
  • Clients of DB Work. (e.g., third party employers)
  • Third-party job boards, professional forums, and similar sites
  • DB Work sponsored events

2.4 Vendors/Suppliers
In certain circumstances, DB Work will sub-contract the services it provides to its clients to third-party suppliers who perform services on DB Work’s behalf, which could include providing temporary subcontract workers for our clients. If you are a vendor or supplier, we may process your data for the following:

  • Contacts, business references, experience, and organizational information
  • Contact details for individuals in your organization in order to manage our relationship with you
  • Information about your employees assigned to our clients

2.5 Current Temporary Subcontract Workers
If you are a current subcontract worker, which could include an employee of one of our suppliers or subcontractors assigned to one of our clients, in addition to the information listed in the Candidates, Prospective Candidates and Applicants section, we may collect, store, use, and process your data for the following: 

  • Banking information
  • Performance information
  • Position title and rate information
  • Professional and educational history
  • Identification numbers
  • Personal identifiers including but are not limited to passport number, employment authorization document, visa, school identification, birth certificate
  • Biometric information in the form of voice recordings left on systems used by the company
  • Protected classification characteristics (e.g., gender, disability, citizenship status, date of birth, and age)

We may collect this information from:

  • Our clients, in the case of performance information
  • Your employer (or subcontractor)

We may use this information for:

  • Processing taxes
  • Processing background checks
  • Identification and tracking purposes

2.6 People we contact in order to find out more about our Candidates or Potential
Candidates for references or people who are listed as emergency contacts, dependents, or beneficiaries of our employees. In order to provide potential candidates and candidates with employment or subcontract worker opportunities, or to manage the employment relationship with our employees, we may collect personal data including but not limited to:

  • Your name, title, and contact information pursuant to you providing past employment or experience related information about potential candidates or candidates as a reference for a particular potential or actual candidate
  • Your name and contact information if you are listed as an emergency contact
  • Names, social security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, and similar information of dependents/beneficiaries of employees, for purposes of employee benefit administration.

3  Inquiries and Unsubscribe Requests

If you no longer wish to receive job alerts, marketing and promotional emails from DB Work, please click the unsubscribe link included in the footer of the email you received. If you wish to contact us with any other matters, please email us at info@dbwork.com.

3.1  Sending us Information over the Internet
Your information is maintained on servers, hosted by us or a third-party service provider. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

4. Google Analytics and Advertising
We use Google Analytics to recognize you and link the devices you use when you visit our website on your browser or mobile device. Google Analytics allows us to better understand how our users interact with our website and to tailor our advertisements and content to you.
