What we need

• Previous experience as a blaster or in a similar role preferred;
• Knowledge of abrasive blasting techniques, equipment, and materials;
• Familiarity with different types of abrasive media and their applications;
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues;
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
