We are hiring naval mechanics to ensure the operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical installations and equipment on board the ship, to guarantee navigation safety and the technical efficiency of propulsion and auxiliary systems.

• 40 - 45 hours per week

O co prosimy

• Maintenance and repair of marine mechanical equipment:
• Main and auxiliary engines;
• Generators, pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, fans, etc.
• Monitoring of technical parameters:
• Checking temperature, pressure, oil, fuel and water levels.
• Diagnosing and fixing faults:
• Identifying technical problems and rapid intervention for remediation.
• Periodic technical inspection and overhaul work:
• Participating in planned overhauls or unplanned interventions.
• Recording work in technical logs:
• Completing maintenance sheets, logbook, fault reports.
• Compliance with safety and environmental standards:
• Safe handling of oils, fuels and other hazardous substances.

What we need

• Work experience in ship repairs or new constructions as a mechanic.
• English conversational level
• The VCA certificate is an advantage
• Driving license category B – is an advantage
• Holder of an euro account-MANDATORY!
