We are hiring NAVAL PLATERS to perform fabrication, assembly and maintenance operations of naval metal structures (ship hull, superstructures, equipment), according to technical drawings and project specifications.

• 40 hour per week

What we ask

• Reads and interprets technical drawings for the manufacture and assembly of naval components.
  
• Cuts, forms, adjusts and assembles metal elements (plates, profiles, beams, etc.).
  
• Assembles metal structures and parts according to work plans.
  
• Checks the dimensions and tolerances of assembled parts.
  
• Assembles structures by mechanical fastening (screws, rivets) or prepares for welding.
  
• Uses specific tools and equipment: grinders, pliers, hammers, saws, presses, etc.
  
• Complies with quality, occupational health and environmental protection standards.
  
• Collaborates with welders, mechanics, engineers and other team members.

What we need

• Experience working on shipbuilding / ship repairs.
• Knowledge of plan/ technical drawing interpretation
• English conversational level  is an advantage
• The VCA certificate is an advantage
• Driving license category B – is an advantage
• Holde rand owner of a euro account-MANDATORY!
