BSN
You will be registered with the Dutch authorities for a BSN number within a couple of days from your arrival in the Netherlands. This is a mandatory requirement that will allow you to work legally.
Health Insurance
Safety comes first. This is why we arrange for your health insurance, you don’t need to worry about this. In case of any medical situation or emergency, you will receive assistance from our support team. Your insurance will cover most of the medical costs.

What does DB Work offer?

What information and documents do I need for easier employment?
- Your CV
- A copy of your identity document
- Details of your bank account (IBAN & SWIFT)
- BSN (can be obtained after arriving in the Netherlands)

- Documents certifying certain professional qualifications necessary for the job
- Marital status and number of children
- Clothing and footwear sizes
How will I receive my salary?
You will be paid according to the employment contract. Depending on the type of your employment contract, the salary will be transferred to your bank account weekly or 4 weekly.
All salary payments are made only as bank transactions. Therefore you must make your bank account details available to us in advance.
Do I have paid leave?
Yes. You will have minimum 20 days off per year with the possibility to travel to your home country. You will be informed about all the details related to your leave and the transport benefits when you will get the employment offer.
Will all my taxes be covered?
DB Work handles all government taxes that you have to pay periodically based on income for you. This can be tracked on your personal pay-slips. The employment contract is 100% legal and is subject to the laws of the country where you will work. In some special cases additional taxes are imposed by the state, but we can support in handling such cases.
